I love trinkets and always have!! I have quite a few collections/tins/boxes, not including the ones that decorate my walls.

I love this tin, I thrifted it at an arts market in my neighbourhood with the intention of gifting it to a friend, but just had to keep it. It's so stinkin cute !!

...so much inside !!

little teddies: unkown location, sometime during my childhood. Who makes these things?

painted rocks: I painted these this past summer !! I looove collecting rocks. I could spend hours (and I have) on a beach just sifting through rocks.

tiny pink dinosaur: saw this many many times on the way to my old job in 2024, stuch in the dirt between sidewalk slabs. I used to try to see him every day as I speedwalked to work, and each day I thought, I gotta get that dino. I finally did!

one penguin jack: from a game of jacks I got as a kid, but all the jacks are penguins. I don't think I ever played it, I just liked having the penguins.

two yellowed dominos: found in the dirt outside my house. a classic trinket.

broken ceramic purple lizard: just found this in my neighbourhood like 2 weeks ago (as of feb 2026). I might turn him into a magnet.

marbles, flat marbles, and some craft jewels: the blue and green marble is from childhood, all the rest I collected at various times and places. a bunch of the flat marbles I got at a nearby thrift store with a "scoop-it-yourself" trinket jar!

flower button: definitely got this from some kind of sewing kit as a kid, you know the kind with the thick plastic bracelet thread?

sparkly pink bear ring: this one is more recent, I think it came from a kids toy, maybe a kinder egg or a christmas cracker? it only fits on my pinky :]
